This package extends the "Thumbnail View" available in the Windows shell to include a whole range of new image formats. It adds thumbnail views for widely used formats such as DDS, Targa, IFF-ILBM, PhotoCD, PCX and PBMPlus. It also adds support for more specialised formats like the various Flightsim texture types, Train Simulator ACE, DTX , XIF and even PSP and PSD preview-enabled images. The control program included lets you alter many aspects of how Windows displays thumbnails and lets you experiment with other filetypes to see if they can be displayed by mwgfx (many "custom" filetypes are in fact variations on jpeg or tiff with a new extension). As new format support is added to the mwgfx system these can be imported with a single click. Filetypes can be turned on or off at any time so you have total control over what types should display thumbnails
